I will never be purchasing a Ford ever again.
In light of all my negative issues described below, there was one sincerely POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. It was the kind lady at the rental desk. We were told by Mike that Ford only covers a rental for 5 days even though it would take them 7 days to put in the new engine. My wife had to work on the weekend and I was out of town so she need the rental. When my wife returned the car the kind lady at the rental desk had a little empathy and decided not to charge us for the extra 2 days.
From the customer service I received at Capital Form to the hoops I was made to jump through for yet another "under warranty" poor quality "Ford Genuine" ENGINE put into my wife's vehicle to the terrible warranty policy for this latest engine they put into the car.
I have an extremely low confidence level in both Ford Products and Services, and I'm going to be sure to recommend my friends take their business to another company.
I think my experience would have been much better if my customer service rep, Mike, would have been precisely clear the process to get a Ford Warranty part replaced and if he understood a little empathy goes along ways.
I'll be taking my Ford piss poor quality issues up with Ford Corporate since Capital Ford is so quick to pass the buck on that every step of the way.
